Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Mix well.
Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with an even layer of tater tots.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
