Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Yellow Squash, sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced yellow squash, chopped onion, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the squash is tender.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
