onion, chopped

bell pepper, chopped

garlic, minced

breadcrumbs

cheddar cheese, shredded

Creole seasoning
to taste
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
Add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove from heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine mirliton, shrimp mixture, mayonnaise, Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Transfer to a baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs and cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
