Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and bell pepper.
Layer the sliced potatoes in a casserole dish.
Add the browned beef mixture on top of the potatoes.
Layer the green beans over the beef.
Pour the tomato soup evenly over the top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
