Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 potatoes, sliced
  • 1 can green beans, drained 15 oz
  • 1 can tomato soup 15 oz
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and bell pepper.
  • Layer the sliced potatoes in a casserole dish.
  • Add the browned beef mixture on top of the potatoes.
  • Layer the green beans over the beef.
  • Pour the tomato soup evenly over the top.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
