Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Unroll the crescent rolls and press them into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form a crust.
Spread the cooked sausage over the crescent roll crust.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the sausage.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add veggies like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
