Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage
  • 1 can Crescent rolls
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Unroll the crescent rolls and press them into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form a crust.
  • Spread the cooked sausage over the crescent roll crust.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the sausage.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add veggies like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
