Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pot, boil the potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
Add the cooked potatoes to the bowl and mash until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
