Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes, mushrooms, onion, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor.
