Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork Ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, brown the ribs on all sides.
  • Transfer the ribs to a casserole dish.
  • In the same skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until soft.
  • Add the BBQ sauce and chicken broth to the skillet, bring to a simmer.
  • Pour the sauce over the ribs in the casserole dish.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1.5 hours, or until the ribs are tender.

Notes:

Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
