Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, brown the ribs on all sides.
Transfer the ribs to a casserole dish.
In the same skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until soft.
Add the BBQ sauce and chicken broth to the skillet, bring to a simmer.
Pour the sauce over the ribs in the casserole dish.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1.5 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
Notes:
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
