Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and green pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in cooked rice and tomato sauce. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
