Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce 15 oz
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and green pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in cooked rice and tomato sauce. Mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
