Ingredients:

  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained 20 oz
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 5 slices white bread, cubed

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the pineapple, melted butter, sugar, and beaten eggs.
  • Fold in the bread cubes until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
