Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 6 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Cut the biscuits into quarters and spread them evenly in the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the cooked sausage over the biscuits.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the biscuits and sausage.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add veggies like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition.
