Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cut the biscuits into quarters and spread them evenly in the baking dish.
Sprinkle the cooked sausage over the biscuits.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the biscuits and sausage.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
