Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cooked egg noodles

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk. Mix well.
  • Add cooked egg noodles and mix until evenly coated.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
