Salt and pepper to taste

cooked egg noodles
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk. Mix well.
Add cooked egg noodles and mix until evenly coated.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
