Add the taco seasoning, corn, black beans, and Rotel tomatoes to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for another 5 minutes.
In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips, followed by the beef mixture, and then half of the shredded cheese. Repeat the layers, ending with the remaining cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
