Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 2 cups Diced Tomatoes canned
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers chopped
  • 1 cup Zucchini chopped
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, diced tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is cooked through and the top is slightly browned.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
