Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups Leftover turkey, shredded
  • 3 cups Leftover stuffing
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the leftover turkey and stuffing.
  • Add the chicken broth to the mixture to moisten it.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, if using.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is heated through.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add any leftover vegetables you have on hand to the casserole.
