Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the julienned potatoes, heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
For a twist, try adding some chopped onions or garlic to the mixture.
