Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large Potatoes julienned
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the julienned potatoes, heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

For a twist, try adding some chopped onions or garlic to the mixture.
