Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk. Cook until heated through.
Add cooked pasta to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Feel free to add more vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
