Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked pasta

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk. Cook until heated through.
  • Add cooked pasta to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
