Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Gluten-free pasta
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the gluten-free pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, dried basil, and dried oregano. Mix well.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked pasta, followed by half of the sauce mixture, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This gluten-free pasta casserole is a great option for a hearty and comforting meal. Feel free to add cooked vegetables or ground meat for extra flavor and nutrition.
