Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cooked pasta

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, and cooked pasta.
  • 3. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
  • 4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  • 5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • 6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and frozen for up to 3 months. Just add an extra 15 minutes to the baking time if cooking from frozen.
