Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, rice, milk, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is cooked through.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole can be made ahead and reheated. It's great for meal prep!
