Taco Seasoning
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add Rotel, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and taco seasoning to the skillet. Mix well.
In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed Doritos, then the beef mixture, and top with half of the shredded cheese.
Repeat the layers with the remaining Doritos, beef mixture, and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Feel free to add jalapeños for extra spice.
