Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 package Doritos crushed
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add Rotel, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and taco seasoning to the skillet. Mix well.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed Doritos, then the beef mixture, and top with half of the shredded cheese.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining Doritos, beef mixture, and cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Feel free to add jalapeños for extra spice.
