Ingredients:

  • 6 cups Potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Dairy-free milk
  • 1/4 cup Nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, chopped onion, dairy-free milk, nutritional yeast, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
