Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sugar.
Grease a baking dish with butter. Spread half of the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal in the bottom of the dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the cereal, making sure all pieces are coated.
Top with the remaining cereal and drizzle the melted butter over the top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
For a richer flavor, you can use half-and-half instead of milk.
