Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp butter melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and sugar.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter. Spread half of the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal in the bottom of the dish.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the cereal, making sure all pieces are coated.
  • Top with the remaining cereal and drizzle the melted butter over the top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can use half-and-half instead of milk.
