Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
  • Stir in chili powder and cumin. Cook for another minute.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked beef mixture, kidney beans, black beans, and diced tomatoes.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
