Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
Stir in chili powder and cumin. Cook for another minute.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked beef mixture, kidney beans, black beans, and diced tomatoes.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
