Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Form mixture into meatballs and place in a baking dish.
  • Pour marinara sauce over meatballs.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and cheese is bubbly.

Notes:

Serve hot with a side of garlic bread or a fresh salad.
