Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Mashed Potatoes prepared
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Spread the meat mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  • Spread mashed potatoes over the meat mixture.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Drizzle ketchup over the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add veggies like peas or carrots for extra nutrition.
