Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large pot, steam cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine steamed cauliflower, sliced mushrooms, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like broccoli or carrots for more variety.
