Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large pot, steam cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine steamed cauliflower, sliced mushrooms, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like broccoli or carrots for more variety.
