Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.
Add the chopped tomatoes, vegetable broth, thyme, and paprika. Stir well.
Add the butter beans to the skillet and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and heated through.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
