Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans Cinnamon rolls refrigerated
  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish.
  • Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the blueberries over the cinnamon rolls.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls and blueberries.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Serve warm with a drizzle of icing from the cinnamon roll package.
