Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and green onions.
Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes:
Feel free to add more cheese on top before baking for an extra cheesy crust.
