Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Cannellini beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the beans, tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

You can add more vegetables like bell peppers or corn for extra flavor and nutrition.
