  • 2 medium zucchini sliced
  • 3 medium tomatoes sliced
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Layer the sliced zucchini, tomatoes, and onions in a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the cheese is golden brown.
