Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini sliced
  • 4 medium tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Layer sliced zucchini and tomatoes in a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some fresh basil on top before serving for extra flavor.
