Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the zucchini, spinach, and feta cheese.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and cheese, and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
