Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Zucchini, shredded
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded zucchini, eggs, cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
