Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Penne Pasta
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Vodka
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the marinara sauce, heavy cream, and vodka. Stir well and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta and the sauce. Mix well.
  • Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
