Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked turkey, mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, peas, and carrots.
Add the milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper to the mixture and stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover turkey and mashed potatoes.
