Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Turkey shredded or cubed
  • 4 cups Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas thawed
  • 1 cup Carrots diced and cooked
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked turkey, mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, peas, and carrots.
  • Add the milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover turkey and mashed potatoes.
