Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked turkey, cooked noodles, peas, mushrooms, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
This casserole is a great way to use up leftover turkey.
