Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked turkey, cooked noodles, peas, mushrooms, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover turkey.
