Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix turkey, mushrooms, rice, cheese, soup, and milk.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden.

Notes:

Great way to use up leftover turkey.
