Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the black beans and salsa to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed tostada shells, followed by half of the beef mixture, and half of the shredded cheese. Repeat the layers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Top with sour cream, chopped lettuce, and diced tomatoes before serving.
Notes:
This casserole is great for a quick weeknight dinner. Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings!
