Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, corn, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
  • Spread the mixture into a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Arrange tater tots on top of the cheese layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.

Notes:

For an extra kick, add some diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
