Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, corn, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
Spread the mixture into a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Arrange tater tots on top of the cheese layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Notes:
For an extra kick, add some diced jalapeños to the beef mixture.
