Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, black beans, corn, and salsa. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the mixture.
Prepare the cornbread mix according to the package instructions and spread it evenly over the cheese layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cornbread is golden brown and cooked through.
