Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage crumbled
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • 1 package Stuffing Mix about 6 oz
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Sage dried
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add onion and celery to the skillet and cook until tender.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage mixture, stuffing mix, chicken broth, sage, thyme, black pepper, and melted butter. Mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown on top.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
