Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and celery to the skillet and cook until tender.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage mixture, stuffing mix, chicken broth, sage, thyme, black pepper, and melted butter. Mix well.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown on top.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
