Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 large spaghetti squash
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Place cut side down on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, until tender.
  • While squash is baking, cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add marinara sauce and Italian seasoning to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Once squash is done, use a fork to scrape out the strands into a large bowl. Mix in the beef mixture.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
