spaghetti squash

marinara sauce

shredded mozzarella cheese

Italian seasoning
to taste

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Place cut side down on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, until tender.
While squash is baking, cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add marinara sauce and Italian seasoning to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Once squash is done, use a fork to scrape out the strands into a large bowl. Mix in the beef mixture.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
