Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large casserole dish, combine the pork, apples, onion, and garlic.
Pour the chicken broth over the mixture and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour, or until the pork is tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
For a richer flavor, you can brown the pork in a skillet before adding it to the casserole dish.
