Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork shoulder, diced
  • 2 Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large casserole dish, combine the pork, apples, onion, and garlic.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the mixture and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour, or until the pork is tender.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can brown the pork in a skillet before adding it to the casserole dish.
