Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir to combine.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and Rotel tomatoes.
In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed Doritos, followed by the beef mixture, the soup mixture, and half of the shredded cheese.
Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
