Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos crushed

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir to combine.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and Rotel tomatoes.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed Doritos, followed by the beef mixture, the soup mixture, and half of the shredded cheese.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add some jalapeños or olives for an extra kick!
