Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Ham, diced
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Chopped Spinach

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced ham, shredded cheese, milk, eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Fold in the chopped spinach.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
