peeled and cubed

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
Place meatballs in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
While meatballs are baking, boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
Remove meatballs from oven. Spread mashed potatoes over meatballs in the baking dish.
Return to oven and bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown on top.
