Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Tomato sauce 15 oz
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 2 cups Cooked pasta

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onions are translucent.
  • Stir in the tomato sauce and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta and the meat sauce. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This meat casserole is great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
