Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Cooked Lobster Meat
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, heavy cream, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Season with salt and black pepper, and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the lobster mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Serve with a side salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
