Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the lobster meat, heavy cream, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Season with salt and black pepper, and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter.
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the lobster mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Serve with a side salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
